All works will be carried out with hundred percent Nigerian personnel, especially at junior and middle cadet level. While training and further exposure on the job will be carried out by Emeacomtel.

Which usually involve the assignment of typically two to three trained and experienced Nigerian Captain, Engineers Technicians over the duration of the contract.

The Nigerian Engineers/Technicians will be employed on a wide range of activities and disciplines.

They will therefore obtain experience in the entire main marine and oilfield related operations undertaken.

We believe in training young talented Nigerian undergraduates to be able to take up responsibilities at the top-level management in the oil industry.

The Nigerian content of the work will be as at least 95% and will be increased by 5% over the completion of contract.

The local content will receive a combination of the job training and in house training lectures/seminars. This will be supplemented by external training courses and seminars where appropriate.

The training provided will be geared towards meeting the requirements of the relevant professional technical institutions and international standard.
